By confirming a booking, entering the property, or using any lodge facilities or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.<\/p>\n All reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the required deposit or full payment has been received and acknowledged by the lodge. The lodge reserves the right to cancel or release any provisional booking that is not secured within the specified time. Full payment terms, including due dates and accepted methods, will be stated at the time of booking and must be strictly adhered to.<\/p>\n All rates are quoted in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Rates may exclude certain taxes, park fees, levies, or additional service charges unless expressly stated. The lodge reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to charge for any additional services, activities, or incidentals incurred during the guest\u2019s stay.<\/p>\n Cancellation terms are strictly enforced in accordance with the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival, as well as no-shows or early departures, may be charged up to 100% of the total booking value. Refunds, if applicable, are processed at the sole discretion of the lodge and may be subject to administrative fees.<\/p>\n Check-in: 14:00 hrs. Check-out: 10:30 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests who fail to vacate their rooms by the stated check-out time without prior approval may be charged for an additional night or applicable penalty.<\/p>\n Guests are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times and to comply with all lodge rules, policies, and staff instructions. The lodge reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a stay without refund, or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms.<\/p>\n All guests enter and use the lodge premises and participate in activities entirely at their own risk. The lodge, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to wildlife encounters, natural events, third-party actions, or force majeure. The lodge is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.<\/p>\n Participation in lodge activities, including but not limited to game drives, boat safaris, and guided excursions, is voluntary and undertaken at the guest\u2019s own risk. Guests may be required to sign indemnity or waiver forms prior to participation. The lodge reserves the right to refuse or restrict participation based on health, safety, weather, or operational considerations.<\/p>\n Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thamalakane River Lodge, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their stay, conduct, or participation in any lodge-related activities, except where caused by proven gross negligence on the part of the lodge.<\/p>\n All content, trademarks, logos, images, and materials associated with Thamalakane River Lodge remain the exclusive property of the lodge. No part may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.<\/p>\n These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Botswana. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.<\/p>\n The lodge reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of booking or use of services shall apply.
