Accommodation Rates are quoted per person bed and breakfast including VAT.

It excludes bed levy, tips, laundry, refreshments, transfers, activities and park fees.

THIRD ADULT POLICY & ADDITIONAL ADULT SHARING IN FAMILY CHALETS

Thamalakane will allow a 3rd and 4th adult sharing in the Family units – the additional charge per person is charged.

Two children up to the age of 12 sharing with parents are allowed in the family room at the rate of two adults.

Older than 12 years is considered, and adult and the additional charge will apply.

The room has open ceilings so not recommended for 4 adults sharing unless it’s a family.

Bookingbotswana.com reserves the right to amend the rates accordingly should the Government change the

percentage level of VAT, PARK FEES or BED LEVY during the duration of this agreement. It is to be noted that this

STO contract is between Bookingbotswana.com and the Tour Operator/Agent. The Tour Operator/Agent will therefore

not be entitled to any leniency or indulgence in the event that Group/s or individual/s do not timorously perform their

corresponding duties to the Tour Operator/Agent.

CHILD POLICY

Children are welcome at THAMALAKANE RIVER LODGE and are also welcomed to partake in activities.

• Children under the age of 3 will be at no charge. Third adults are not allowed in a babbler.
• 1 child up to the age of 12 is permitted to share a Babbler room with their parents and will be accommodated
• on a sleeper couch and a supplement of $70 will apply also for a 3rd child in the Kingfisher family room.
• When there are 2 children 13+ an additional chalet would need to be booked and the chalet rate will apply.
• 13 and older will be considered an adult for the purpose of this document and if wanting to share with parents a single.
• supplement will apply 8 rooms do have sleeper couches available.
